Posted on September 02 2019 Labor Day Weekend Wrap Up! Fluke fishing is still going strong for us! When the conditions are right Fluke fishing has been decent! Some nice keepers along with some shorts as well. It is a real shame that Sea Bass season is closed because we threw back some decent ones today! Seems to me that both gulps and bait are working! Pool winners been averaging between 5-7lbs! Back at it tomorrow! We are fishing around rough bottom so be sure to bring plenty of tackle with you! We have plenty of plain rigs and sinkers on board! We read a lot of Blues on Friday night but only picked at 2-3lbers on one side of the boat and in the stern. Saturday night was much better with Blues around the same size and the Mack s as well. Couple of Bonitas too! We will be back at it this upcoming Friday and Saturday night! In the past few years when we get a strong North East blow the Big Blues show up! I am hopeing once this storm passes us that more big fish will funnel in!Ling fishing was slow for us tonight. We made a drop in 160ft and another in 200ft and only picked! Nothing great but some anglers did have 15-20 Ling and some with less. We will keep you posted about next weekend!Stop by our Facebook or Instagram page and check out a few photos from over the weekend!SAILING EVERY DAY FOR FLUKE!8AM-12 30PM AND 2PM-6 30PM!SAILING EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT FOR BLUES!7 30PM-1AM!For more information please give us a call at 732-496-5383 or at 732-899-8868!Capt.
