It was a weired day of fishing. We had the birds & bait & fish readings along with some BLUEFISH swirling on top but the fish were very hard to catch. We had one half hour drift where we caught the MACKEREL good which considering the BLUEFISH were around was strange. Then we started to use the Mackerel for bait and some of the came back bit in half but getting the BLUEFIS in the boat was difficult. It seemed that up & down the beach the STRIPERS took the day off, we saw the fish readings but no bites. With the warm weather we are going to get over the next few days, the water should warm up a a couple of degrees and I believe that will turn the BASS & BLUES on. Everything looks good for tomorrow and the next several days, so come on down and join us for a nice day of fishing. See you in the morning.
