Thursday August 16th Off Shore Fluke Sea Bass Report

Hey gang we had a full boat of customers today 33 Prowler5 regulars and 23 Sea Hawk people that Captain Mike sent to our boat as he had a charter today the good news for him he's going to be ready to sail again this Wednesday he told me at the dock Anyway I had the crew working deck today and we took a long ride offshore today and it was well worth it for our boat we had fish coming over the rail all day big Fluke and lots of shorts in the mix plus we had 100 keeper big Sea Bass and we released so many other Sea Bass all day the crew filleted the whole ride in I was even down on deck today helping out we had the right conditions to fish where we did I'm going to go back to that same area tomorrow another nice pool fish boated today athough not as big as the 12. 4 oz caught by Alfonso Toxtli of Clifton N. J. on Saturday's trip I'll post that picture for those that having see it yet the crew said we had a lot of happy customers today that went home with fish kudos to my crew they busted their tails today all day.

Hey gang good thing we didn't shape up this morning not one big boat got out with the rain this morning fell good to have the boat rest at the dock we've been out every day since the beginning of Fluke season on our new Summer Time Schedule from 800am to 230pm if you want to come out fishing Saturday come in the day trip because I have private charters from 330pm to 830pm trips for the next 4 weeks the next open 330pm to 830pm is August 25th. Joseph Jack of the Sea Horse and Bingo and the crew look forward to having you on our boat I must say we have a very professional crew aboard the Prowler5 this year one of the best we have ever had thanks Captain Scott

Hey gang not a lot of people down the Harbor today just us and one other boat out today Marko told me he had around 12 or 13 people asking about fishing today he told him to wait for a better day it actually was'nt a bad day just the rain in the morning we sailed with 4 customers but they were happy customers Bri and her dad Brain enjoyed the day she caught 13 fluke and beat her dad as he had 12 shorts they came from Union N. J. Bri told me last time she was on our boat she caught a 7 pounder and won the pool I told her I thought I recognized them as I had her picture up in the cabin with that fish they told me they were going to go on a half day boat and they decided to go with us I told them I'd still get them back in a little earlier today good action good drift all day Steve and Branden of Binghamton N. Y. had 2 keeper Fluke we had 4 happy customers that thanked me for taking them fishing today and they said they will definitely be back with us again see you in the morning thanks Captain Scott
