WOW, what a week of bottom fishing. Everyday except one(Tuesday) was exceptional fishing for Seabass and fantastic fishing for some of the biggest Porgies you will ever catch inshore fishing( less than 20 miles off). Cod in the 10-12 lb range have won the boat pools most days Seabass have been every size from throwbacks right up to 5 1/2 lbs. Porgies have been huge 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs Average Limit catches have been common and even limits(50) on big Porgies the second half of the week.
