HOPE TO SEE ALL OF YOU IN APRIL 2017 TODAY'S REPORT The morning started out super tough with a lot of searching, but towards the end of the day we found the fish and called Capt. Rob of the Sea Hunter so he could get in on the action. For the last 2 hours of the trip we had fast and furious action on the 24-28 inch fish.
FRIDAY 11 25 16 Tough morning gave way to a great late bite with N. Plainfield Jonny taking the pool with a hefty 25 lb bass. Several more big bass as well as a few slot fish.
11 10 16 UPDATE CHARTERED TOMORROW, FRIDAY, VETERAN'S DAY 11 11 Catching seemed to pick up Monday morning, but after landing half dozen keepers, it died down for the rest of the day. At the dock yesterday due to lack of angler participation, out fishing this morning.
Each day most anglers had their limit of 28-43 bass and several slots each trip (when we fish NJ waters. This morning started off good with Oliver and Dugan landing a matching pair of 36 bass, but then things slowed a bit and ended the day with only a few keepers and a couple of slots, blame it on the boat traffic, but I don't know.
