It was quite the treat having to deal with pea soup fog most of the day. Having the breeze against the tide all day to go along with it would normally have been akin to pouring salt on an open wound but luckily anchoring conditions were pretty close to perfect!! Only needed to fish one drop today on a single anchor and sat like we had two hooks spread. The guys had less short action than we saw yesterday which was okay since most of the fish today were nice keepers up to 7 pounds. Several of the guys had five nice fish each and everyone had meat to take home. Mike Stefaniewicz, Keansburg, NJ, had the pool fish. (Click here to see pictures)
