Bunch of Great guys from the Capt. John joined us today for a Nice fishing day on the water. Like yesterday, the bite was on the incoming until the change. Had a high hook of 5 fish with a couple shorts. A couple other guys had 2 nice keepers in the cooler while the bite lasted.

Seth Claus caught his first official keeper Fluke with us fishing in the Pulpit with his Dad.

Once the tide changed, the drift made 2.6 knots so we searched a couple area's looking for at least a pick. Wasn't good with just a few fish here and there. Water temp made it to 60 degrees and were starting to see more bait move into the area. Bait is working better than the jigs right now....Back at it tomorrow.

NEW AFTERNOON FISHING SCHEDULE FOR 2017: Capt. Dan is fishing the afternoon trips from 3:30pm till 9:00pm for Fluke Tuesday through Sunday.

Monday nights will continue with the Bass fishing for our die hard fishermen who never give up!

When the Porgies show in July we will be doing combo trips Fluke/Porgies on the AFTERNOON TRIPS ONLY!   Fare is $60 on the afternoon trips. Capt. Dan can be reached at 908-930-2335 for daily information.

Thanks for checking in,

Capt. Ron
