Joe has paid his dues this season and today he was rewarded with a beautiful 7 pound 8 ounce Fluke to take the pool. Once again we had several fish today that went 3 to 6 pounds, that's why we fish the Ocean Guys!
Another beautiful day on the Ocean today with a nice gang of Monday Regs. Tried to fish a new area but the Small Sea Bass ate the baits and gulp like it was candy.
Some very nice fish around the boat including Big Toms 6. The Rod rentals were the hot ticket with just plain spearing, although, June and Dirt Chimney Man did have some very nice fish on the jigs.

Wednesdays Report After yesterdays dismal showing of Customers lack of a bite, I stuck to my conviction of fishing the Ocean once again today and I'm glad we did. Henry, also fishing in the bow had two nice fish at 5 and 4 pounds.
Bill V, Keyport, finally had a couple nice fish including the pool fish at just under 7 pounds. Lenny had two nice fish along with Danny, Howie and a couple others.
Hot on the water but action was very good both days. Today we had very good action once again on the Sea Bass and landed many more Fluke up to 4 pounds.
Doc took the early lead in the daily pool on the first drift with a beauty at 7lbs 6 ounces and a second fish at 4 pounds. Dan, first time fisherman with me, landed his 3 and some nice Sea Bass, Capt. Ron Sr. had three nice keepers and sea bass, Dave B had a couple keepers up to 4 pounds and Sea Bass for dinner.
Couple others had 3 keepers including John Frade who got it done fishing in the bow, along with a bunch of nice Sea Bass around the boat. Tara Son were back for the first trip this season and also had some nice Fluke along with Sea Bass for a nice dinner.
