June 18, 2008 Today we fished a 5 hour inshore out of Avalon, New Jersey with a wonderful group of three adults and three small kids. Moving to the Sea Isle Ridge we caught plenty of small bluefish bonito mainly on the east side of the ridge in 50 to 60 feet of water.

Over Under - Viewing Report 2008-06-16 - Wilmington Canyon Tuna Report - 5 Yellowfin Today Capt. John had THATS RIGHT out for another day in the canyons, hoping to get in on the hot Yellowfin Tuna bite that's been going on. Capt. John reported the water pushing hard to the South and managed 5 Tuna, all of which were caught early in the day.
Audio Fishing Report Bahamas Fishing Report Blue Marlin Bite Slows a Bit As we approach the full moon, the fishing has predictably slowed, although we are still getting shots at Blue Marlin just about every day. The best Blue Marlin fishing of the year typically will begin 3 days after the Full Moon in June, which happens late next week.

the bite is rolling into high gear in the Bahamas, as they keep catching them just about everyday, meanwhile, up in NC they were looking for the tuna and found a big Blue instead yesterday. Randy and Anthony pulled a nice bait switch on the big girl, and after 35 minutes let her go.
